YECKIT

About YECKIT

The work before the filing.

YECKIT is a pre-filing preparation workspace for U.S. customs brokers and the importers they serve. It organizes shipment files, documents, deadlines and review notes before a licensed broker files. It does not connect to CBP, ACE or ABI and does not file entries.

WhyA clearer handover.

The preparation layer.

Before a broker files, someone gathers the power of attorney, the bond, the invoice and packing list, the classification research and the dates that start each clock. That work is often spread across email, spreadsheets and PDFs. YECKIT gives it one house file and a reviewable handover.

The goal is to help the broker spot missing authority, document gaps and dates that need verification before a filing. People confirm classification, rates, deadlines and the requirements that apply.

PositionBuilt to lead the preparation layer.

What sets the desk apart.

One house file
Shipment, importer authority, documents, classification notes, fee estimates and clocks live together, so review starts from one place.
Scoped by house and importer
Each importer sees only their own files. Administrators work inside their house. The server enforces it, not the screen.
Sealed handovers
A preparation version is frozen with its documents and a SHA-256 integrity digest. Later edits never change what was sealed.
Clocks with a holiday calendar
ISF, entry summary and POA dates come from the rules in the regulations and the dates you record, and say so.
Month-to-month
Proposed plans start at $0 setup with no annual lock, so a house can try the desk on real work.

ComplianceSupport reasonable care.

Boundaries we keep.

  • No CBP, ACE or ABI connection, and no filer code stored or assigned.
  • Send stays disabled and labelled Not ABI on every signed-in surface.
  • Classification, rates and duty are entered and confirmed by the broker; proposals are labelled as proposals.
  • Audit records keep who did what and when, without copying field contents.
  • Official 7501, 7512 and 3461 PDFs remain unchanged source downloads.
Not ABI

Not a customs filing. Not legal advice. The broker remains responsible for reasonable care. Not CBP-approved.

ReadinessNot authorized today.

Where CBP readiness stands.

YECKIT is preparing for the ABI path. It is not authorized to transmit, and nothing on this site should be read as approval.
